Last day in NZ!

In Uncategorized on October 16, 2011 at 9:29 PM

Today was such a good day!
probably the best day we had this trip… everyone was throwing hammers!

I went up in the morning with a good mind set to try and get as much as possible done.

We only had 3 hours so we really had to get straight into it.

I had been working on a new rotation with my cab 7′s so i took that to snow in the morning when it was still nice and firm.

then after that wall fell apart i tried a bunch of frontside 1080′s and now my backside is really paying for it!

Glad i was able to get alot done today and in this trip.
i’m really stoked on where my snowboarding is at the moment and i’m looking forward to great things this season.

here are a few photo’s from up the hill and from my hotel in the Sydney CBD.

Everyone trying to get the packing done before we make the dash to the airport.

NZ Spring Camp

In Uncategorized on October 4, 2011 at 4:24 PM

Today was the second day of our private spring camp session here at Cardrona in NZ.

These camps are a great way to learn new tricks, thanks to the super soft snow.

Today wasn’t amazing weather at all… In fact we called the day off at about 10am because no-one could see anything.

Here are a few photo’s so you can see what was going on.

This is a person in the middle of the halfpipe…
