Today we had a much needed day off after 6 days on snow. Everyone was super tired so we decided to goto Queenstown to do some tourist stuff and go skateboarding.

Queenstown has this sweet luge track which is probably the most fun i have off snow for a long time! i felt like a little kid again!
The track is on the top of the hill so you have to take a little four person gondola up there.

We warmed up on the “scenic track” which really would have been enough you can still go pretty fast and it’s all about getting the right line.
Then we moved onto the advanced track which you can go so fast on! it’s dangerous as one of the kids Dannin found out. Or he found out that it’s not wise to cut infront of me.

So Dannin is one of the kids on the camp with us. This was kind of like a scene out of a movie, you know when the police clip the back of the bad guys are and it flips? Well he tried to overtake some people while i was boosting up behind him and he pulled out just at the right time for me to clip him and then hit the curb and then flip his kart. This is the result…

This sweet park was just next to the skatepark… it was too good to pass up a photo of it.

Tomorrow is another day off so we are just going to hang out at home.
